The City of Sheboygan is excited to announce that the Special Event Application for 2026 events is now available on our new online platform.

Please Note:

  • Applications must be submitted online via Microsoft Forms.
  • Required documents cannot be uploaded with your application and must be emailed to dpwoffice.sheboygan@sheboyganwi.gov.
  • Your application will not be reviewed until you:
    • Sign the Indemnification/Hold Harmless Agreement (link provided in confirmation email)
    • Pay the application fee in full (check, money order, or credit card accepted)

Checks/money orders payable to City of Sheboygan.
