Road Closure – Indiana Avenue (South 17th Street to South 24th Street)

On Monday June 12th, 2023, Indiana Avenue between South 17^th Street and South 24th Street will be closed to through traffic. The closure is for a reconstruction project that includes new utilities, new sidewalks, new street lighting and a new concrete road surface. The work on Indiana Avenue is scheduled to be completed in October of 2023. Access to all businesses will remain open.

South 19^th Street, South 20^th Street, South 21^st Street, South 22^nd Street, South 23^rd Street and South 24^th Street between Indiana Avenue and Georgia Avenue will temporarily be changed from the existing one-way street designation to a two-way street designation. Once the reconstruction project is completed these streets will be reinstated to one-way streets.

All work and traffic impacts are weather-dependent and subject to change.
