City of Sheboygan Customer Services Impacted by Software Updates on June 15, 2022

The City of Sheboygan will be upgrading its MUNIS ERP system. On Wednesday June 15, 2022, customer service windows will be affected by this upgrade. The following customer service windows will not be able to provide services rendered during this day:

Department of Public Works

  • All Permitting, including:
    • Park Rentals
    • Excavate in Public Right-of-Way
    • Occupy Public Right-of-Way
    • Erosion Control and Stormwater
  • All Payment processing, including
    • Special or Private Event Payments
    • Boat Slip Payments
    • Equipment Rental Payments

Sheboygan Police Department

  • Parking Tickets payments
  • Dog/Cat Licensing

Building Inspection Division

  • All permitting
  • All licensing
  • Payment processing

Finance Department

  • All cashiering transactions

Provided the upgrade goes as planned, customer service windows would resume normal operations on Thursday, June 16, 2022. Due to the upgrade, the Department of Public Works office will be closed for business on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 until 10:00 a.m. for professional development. Our office will re-open at 10:00 a.m.
